Stunning Arts & Crafts fire screen with cabochons
Stunning Arts & Crafts copper fire screen with a stylised plant with three Ruskin oval cabochon flower heads. An unusual and beautiful design. Unknown maker. The copper panel stands on a painted wrought iron frame with sweeping handles at the top. Offered in a good and clean condition with just small line dent hardly visible. An excellent well made and heavy screen measuring 81cms high and 57cms wide with a depth of 25cms at the feet. The actual copper screen is 58cms x 46cms

Stunning pair of Arts & Crafts vases with Ruskins
stunning pair of two handled copper vases with a Ruskin cabochon to two sides. They stand 34cms high and are 20cms wide. The cabochons are in excellent condition however there are some dings which I have tried to show in the images. There is also a slight residue of old dark lacquer which could not be removed. These would brighten up any room.

Arts & Crafts Art Union of London copper charger
An usual Arts & Crafts copper charger stamped to the reverse Art Union of London. This was founded in 1837 and subscribers could win works of art by lottery. Each member paying one guinea annually. Artist were not allowed to sign their work. This charger is inscribed A Cameron 1892 which implies that this was presented to him. The work appears to be by the hand of John Pearson or by the Guild of Handicraft. The Art Union folded in 1895 due to loss of subscribers. An interesting piece of history as well as a stunning work art Offered in excellent original condition with a diameter of 38cms.

Stunnng Arts & Crafts peacock fire screen
Stunning Arts & Crafts copper fire screen with a peacock his displaying his wonderful feathers. There is a Ruskin cabochon each side of his legs. The copper panel is mounted on a wrought iron frame with copper studs. There is a pierced handhold at the top. A very similar screen was made by the Newton school near Cambridge but this version is heavier with a different frame so only ninety per cent sure. Offered in an excellent and un cleaned condition. Height 52cms. Width 51cms. Depth at feet 17cms.

Arts & Crafts copper square lidded hot water jug made by F & J Pool of Hayle in Cornwall. Offered in good condition with its original lacquer finish. There is a slight ding to one side. I often highlight to floral pattern by using a very light wire wool but have chosen to left this in its original condition. Unusually marked to the base Hand Made. Height 24cms. The base measures 10cms square.

Rare Arts & Crafts peacock charger A E Jones
Large and stunning Arts & Crafts copper charger with a peacock on a branch to the centre well with a pair of trees to each side and surrounding hearts . The border has six elaborate stylised seed heads. This design is attributed to Bert Harvey but unknown maker. Offered in an excellent condition with very crisp detail. It has been cleaned in the past but not recently and the copper has a nice rich patina.. To the reverse is a hook for hanging. The diameter is 57cms and the depth is 3cms.

This is not marked but a very similar one can be seen at Standen House with the same frame just slightly different design of his trade mark leaves and flowers. Fabulous pair of Thomas Jeckell Sunflower andirons
Fabulous pair of Aesthetic movement Anglo Japanese Sunflower andirons attributed to Thomas Jeckyll (1827 - 1881) and probably made by Bernard, Bishop & Bernard, Made of cast iron with an etched swirl design and topped with superb brass sunflowers. The finial to the back is also brass. They stand 43cms high, have a width of 15cms. The depth is 20cms and the diameter of the sunflower 12cms. Offered in excellent condition.

Stunning Arts & Crafts Newlyn school copper and wrought iron fire screen with a sailing ship to the centre. Attributed to the Eustace Brothers, Charles and John. Charles learnt his trade working as for J & F Pool of Hayle as a wage clerk before starting his own production. Rare pair of Glasgow school candlesticks
Rare pair of Arts & Crafts copper candlesticks with a Glasgow school motif to the top. These were made by F & J Pool of Hayle in Cornwall who frequently used Glasgow designs in their copper work. The holders stand on four columns making this an extremely elegant design. Offered in excellent condition. Plaster to bases has been replaced. Height 27cms. The bases are 9cms square and the top holders are 5cms square.
