Matched pair of Arts & Crafts biscuit tins designed by Archibald Knox and made of aluminium. Impressed NCJ to bases for N C Joseph for Carr's Club Cheese biscuits 1924. The bases are adorned with alternate squares of stylised flowers. One has Carr's club cheese biscuits impressed to the lid and the other without words. Offered in a good used condition, the one without the writing is more shiny than the other. Height 11cms. Width and depth 12cms.

Stunning large Arts & Crafts charger in brass with an owl to the centre well and a border of seed heads, flowers and leaves. Superb work and heavy quality with a hook to reverse- - a later addition. I am unable to identify the maker but most probably made by one of the Guilds? John Pearson?. Has pencil mark to reverse 9170/50. It measures 59cms in diameter and is 3cms deep. Offered in an excellent original condition having not been cleaned.

Beautiful Arts & Crafts brass tray attributed to Alexander Ritchie of Iona although not signed as many of his works were not. This bears his characteristic entwined leaf pattern. Offered in good condition and measuring 52cms at the handles and 24cms width with a depth of 7cms.

Stunning and exceptional large 61cms copper charger attributed to John Williams although has no signature. This has a beautiful raised border of stylised tulip heads with three entwined leaves to the centre. Since John Williams worked in various different locations, this could be whilst he was at Fivemiletown or elsewhere. There is a raised dotted border not unlike the work of John Pearson. Good heavy gauge copper and great detail. Offered in excellent condition with hooks to the reverse for hanging. It is unusual to fine such a large and beautiful piece of workmanship which measures 61cms (2 feet) in diameter with a depth at the well of 3.5cms

Good quality and tall set of Arts & Crafts steel fire tools on beautifully forged stand with spiralling handles. At some point this set has been painted black and there is minor rust to the tip of a few of the tools. This consists of tongs, poker, shovel and a brush. The stand measures 96cms and the average length of the tools is 68cms.

Stunning Arts & Crafts copper jardiniere signed by John Pearson 1895. It has an array of stylised flowers and leaves - all different around the body. Offered in excellent original condition. Height 22cms. Diameter at the base 8cms. Diameter at the rim 21cms.

Stunning Arts & Crafts copper mirror and complimenting fender attributed to John Pearson although not signed and have his stylish sweeping leaves. The mirror measures 75cms x 60cms and is currently hung as landscape. The glass in not bevelled and has one tiny dark spot. The external measurements of the fender are 138cms x 37cms and the internal 122cms x 30cms with a height of 9cms. On minor ding to top at centre, More images on request. I am reluctant at this time to sell them separately.

Large Arts & Crafts Iona brass sconce with a Celtic Cross the the centre. The cross is surrounded by entwined stylised leaves. The ends of the drip tray has scrolled ends with the front end turned under to match. There are two fixings to the back for hanging. Height 46cms. Width 35cms. Depth 14cms.

Lovely Arts & Crafts gong with the stand in the shape of a mythical sea serpent or smiling fish on an oak base. This supports a silver plated brass round gong. It has its original wooden striker The fish is made of copper plated brass Stamped for the maker James Cartland and Sons of Birmingham. Founded in 1823 as Dyer and Cartland and in production until 1955. Height 37cms. The base measures 24cms x 18cms Offered in excellent condition

An unusual Arts & Crafts copper charger with words in Latin to border reading "UT FLORES SEMPER LUCEM PETITE" with a bunch of flowers to the sunken centre. This is made of very heavy gauge copper and is probably Continental. Offered in good original uncleaned condition. Will clean if purchaser requests. The diameter is 33cs

Lovely Arts & Crafts Glasgow school white metal tray most probably made by Margaret Gilmour but unmarked as much of her work was not. It has a beautiful border of entwined Celtic knots with a sweeping curled handle at each end. It has bun feet to the base. Offered in excellent condition. Length 58cms. Width 34cms and the depth at the handles is 9cms

Stunning Arts & Crafts brass fire screen and complimenting fender both with beautiful cabochons. The fender has three large ones inset to the front with one at each side. The external measurements are 137cms wide and 32cms deep with a height of 6cms. The internal width is 121cms and depth 25cms. The fire screen has three stylised flower heads each with a cabochon above leaves. This is 92cms high, 61cms high and 28cms deep at the feet. Both offered in good original condition with no damage to the ceramic cabochons. Please note that these have not been cleaned as once cleaned need to be continually cleaned which can become a chore. A wonderful additional to any fireplace

Pretty Arts & Crafts oval copper photo frame with oak backing. Decorated with a butterfly to the top and various flowers to the sides. Registration number impressed which appears to be 444618 along with Made in England in very small lettering. Offered in good condition with just a very small hole to the bottom where the copper is attached to the backing. Height 21cms. Width 15cms. The aperture for a photo is 15cms x 9.5cms.

Well loved large Arts & Crafts copper two handled vase with a wide sweeping handle to each side, The words AMORE ET PAX inscribed to each side aove a stylised plant with heart shaped leaves. The condition shows a life of use with soldering to base and a dent to the lower edge of one side. Most probably made by Yattendon home industries.. Glasgow school Arts & Crafts brass charger with a Celtic knot border made by Margaret Gilmour (1863-1942) Studied at the Glasgow school of Art before establishing The Gilmour Studios with her sisters. This has her monogram stamped to one edge. Offered in good condition and any marks are reflections. The diameter is 31cms and the depth 2.5cms. This has hooks to the reverse to can be hung on the wall.
