Lovely Arts & Crafts Red Lustre painted floral tile in the manner of William De Morgan. made by Craven Dunnill & Co. in Shropshire. Offered in good condition with just minor nibbles and crazing. Considerable light reflection in the images which is hard to avoid. Size 6 inches square.

lovely Arts & Crafts tile depicting a gentleman with two ladies. I am not sure which series this belongs to but it appears that the gent is saying that he has found a new love! Possibly Shakespeare? The colours are superb and the figures stand in front of a three lines of noughts and crosses. This is a Minton Hollins & co No 2 tile impressed to the reverse and measures 6 inches square. The is a chip to the back as shown in the last image and some nibbles to the edges.

Pair of Arts & Crafts turquoise blue glazed jardiniere stands made by Burmantofts One is It is numbered 838 to base and the other bears the Burmantofts mark as shown. Offered in good condition with no significant chips or damage. Height 67cms. Diameter at top 28cms. Diameter at base 32cms.

Rare Arts & Crafts copper and iron weather vane with a wood cutter to top. The wood cutter and letters are in copper and the rest iron. The wood cutter lifts off so that it transports in two sections. Offered in totally original condition with no repairs. However the copper shows some verdigris and the iron some rust. Lovely set of eight Arts & Crafts tube lined tiles with a Mackintosh rose set into a stylised vase. Offered in excellent condition with just some surface crazing but no chips. The back reads Sherwins patent. Trade mark over a triangle with England beneath. The tiles measure 6inches square, (15cms.)

Two delightful Minton's Polychrome tiles depicting scenes for The Waverley novels by Sir Walter Scott and designed by John Moyr Smith. These have very vivid colours of grey, gold and dark brown. These tiles measure 8 inches square and are offered in excellent condition except for one small chip to reverse as shown on the back of the Kenilworth tile. These were manufactured in 1877 and are signed and dated. There were 12 in this series from the Waverley Novels and produced by Minton's china works in Stoke on Trent.

Set of Eight Arts & Crafts Glasgow School Children's books by Blackie & Sons of London and Glasgow. Offered in a used condition - no pages missing but some covers faded, Great for display in an Arts & Crafts Bookcase. Most have writing or a label inside as having been presented as school prizes in the 1920s. The height of each book is 18.5cms x 13cms with a depth of 3.5cms. Arts & Crafts Liberty & Co stoneware jardinière standing 84cms in height and the bowl measures 33cms in diameter. It has survived being outside very well but there are a few minor defects to be mentioned. The bowl has one chip and a surface crack as shown in images. The base has a chip to one corner and some wear to the top where the bowl sits. So just perfect for plants inside or out!
