This jug has so much character with lovely riveting and a band of grapes on a vine to the centre and is attributed to the Yattendon school. Pretty Arts & Crafts copper sconce with a Ruskin cabochon to top. The copper plaque of leaves and buds is set on an oak backboard. Offered in good condition measuring 34cms high,12cms wide and 8cms deep at holder.

Matched pair of Goberg wrought iron candle holders by Hugo Berger - one being slightly darker in colour than the other. Both measure 19cms high and have a diameter of 14cms at the base. One is stamped Coberg.

Pretty Arts & Crafts brass sconce with a branch of leaves with the flower head having a cabochon to the centre. It has a ring to the back and a good sized drip tray. Offered in good condition but with some surface scratching due to a previous owner over cleaning. The soldering appears to have been there since the time of its making. Height 29cms. Width 13cms. Rare large Arts & Crafts copper planter made by the Newlyn Industrial class. This in an example of the earlier work when some items were darkened to give a rich patina. The front has a pair of fish swimming towards each other amidst the seaweed. The reserve has a beautifully riveted wave seem. The handles are the typical early twist design. This jardiniere is unmarked as items made before 1908 were not required to be. I date this at around 1895. The early unmarked pieces are more desirable than the later commercially marked items for the tourist trade. Height 20cms. Diameter 22cms. offered in good original condition with a small ding to base. It is watertight. The fixing of one handle is slightly out of line as shown. Very minor rust at rim.

Arts & Crafts copper lidded jug by J & S Pool of Hayle in Cornwall with a Glasgow school design. Offered in an excellent condition. It has been cleaned to remove the old lacquer which the Hayle brothers often used. Height 29cms, Width from handle to lip 19cms. Diameter at base 15cms.

Delightful small Arts & Crafts copper tray with a Ruskin cabochon to each end set in swirled handles. This measures 39cms in length and 18cms wide. Depth 1cm. Offered in good condition with no damage to cabochons. Minor over polishing to sunken base.

Beautiful Arts & Crafts fire irons o stand made by Archibald Carne ( 1897 - 1968) the Blacksmith of Truro, Carne exhibited at the Newlyn Gallery and also at the Red Rose Guild in Manchester. This set consists of a poker and tongs on a stand. Both the stand and tongs are stamped. The stand measures 50cms in height and 19cms in diameter at the base. Offered in excellent condition.

Lovely Arts & Crafts Newlyn school copper coal box attributed to Charles Eustace of Hayle (1876-1957). A similar one is illustrated in Colin Pill's book on Cornish Metalware. There is a galleon or luger to the front and one each side set against the setting sun. Lovely detail to handle. Offered in good condition and has a heavy liner which makes the lid sit a little proud. Height 36cms, Width 38cms. Depth 35cms. lid sit slightly proud.

Large Arts & Crafts oak gong with pierced hearts to frame and sides of base. A design retailed by Liberty, Offered in good condition with minor remnants of spots of white paint which are difficult to move. The striker might be a replacement but makes a very loud bang enough to bright the whole street to lunch! The brass gong has been cleaned and is original to the frame. Height 111cms. Width excluding hook for beater - 74cms. Depth at feet 35cms.

Stunning Arts & Crafts brass casket with two Ruskin cabochons to top. Superb pierced fastening. It has lovely studded detail and open with a fall front which has been converted into a playing card box. Most likely was made for cigars. Offered in excellent condition and is great quality. Large Arts & Crafts Newlyn school charger measuring 23inches in diameter, 58cms and 3cms deep. Offered in good condition and most probably made by the Eustace Brothers. It depicts two fish with a crown above and is made of heavy brass

Arts & Crafts brass light with glass shade which appears cut glass but is pressed, The brass has been cleaned and comes complete with its chain and ceiling wooden fitting. Offered in good condition. The shade measures 22cms in height and 16cm wide. The height of the base of the shade to top hook is 34cms.

Arts & Crafts copper charger with leaves and flowers to border and a deep well that we have left uncleaned. There were stubborn marks to border which has to be cleaned but once done we thought the contrast looked attractive and the centre could be cleaned if desired. This is illustrated in The Potteries Guild of Cripples 1905, which later became DSCG in 1907. Offered in good condition measuring 39cms in diameter and 3cms deep at the well.
