Pretty Arts & Crafts table in quarter sawn oak with chequered inlay to the sides of the top and to the sides. Offered in excellent condition having been stripped and polished to show it lovely grain in a rich honey colour. Height 59cm. The top measures 51cms in diameter. Probably retailed by Heals or Wylie and Lochhead.

Fabulous Arts & Crafts extending book slide with each end beautifully carved with flying into her nest with three eggs. Surrounded with various stylised leaves. The base of the stand is in walnut whilst the carved ends appear to be rosewood. Offered in good original condition with just one small screw missing and a few very minor chips. Height 19cms. When closed the width is 36cms and when extended 54cms. The depth is 15.5cms

A very unusual set of oak corner chairs with brass fixings to make them into two settles which would look wonderful each side or a hall. They have drop in rush seats and are offered in good original condition with some marks. We feel it would be a huge shame to strip these as scuffs are part of their history Height of each chair 68cms. Seat height 36cms. The chairs are 46cms square making each settle 92cms long.

Pair of Arts & Crafts oak chairs with beautiful floral inlay to the top and drop in rush seats. Excellent quality and after the style of the Bath cabinet makers. However Sir Frank Brangwyn designed a similar chair. Offered in a good used condition with marks to the original finish They are firm and strong with minor scuffs. One has a bruise to the top. It might have had an addition shelf at one point in it's life as minor marks remain but this does not detract from the beauty of this lovely and very useful table. Height 77cms. Arts & Crafts walnut bedside cabinet with a tiled top and a cut out hearts to each side. This has a useful shelf beneath and a cupboard below with copper detail to the door. Offered in good condition with very minor marks to the top. Height 77cms. The top measures 43cms square.

Stunning Arts & Crafts oak fire screen with a leaded glass panel depicting a galleon. To each side of the glass is a copper panel with a stylised seed head to the centre. This was made by Shapland & Petter of Barnstaple in 1894 and is pictures in Daryl Bennett's book on Shapland Furniture. As one can see there is damage to the glass which has been historically repaired with lead many years ago, There is a slither of oak missing from the top as shown in an image. This screen is very rare and although not perfect would light up any room. Height 99cms. Width 76cms. Depth at feet 27cms.

Arts & Crafts Japanese chair carved profusely with flowers. These chairs along with tables and plant stands were imported by Liberty's as part of their exotic range.
