Large Arts & Crafts pewter mirror with a beautiful large cabochon in two shades of blue to each corner. A few of the cabochons have light crazing but there are no cracks. The original bevelled glass has some foxing and a few marks. There is minor shrinkage to the oak backing which has caused the pewter to slightly crease. However this would be a wonderful addition to any Arts & Crafts room. Currently hung as portrait but could be altered is desired as an over mantle. The frame measures 80cms x 64cms and the glass is 60cms x 45cms.

Small Arts & Crafts copper mirror with daisy repousse work to the border. A good original item but quite thin and not top quality. However it would add brightness and light to any wall. Offered in good condition with a felt backing. The diameter of the frame is 25.5cms with the glass being 19cms. The thickness is slightly under a centremetre.

Arts & Crafts walnut hanging cabinet made by Shapland & Petter of Barnstaple with part registration number to back. The centre cupboard has its original golden glass under a decorative copper overlay. Piercings to each side shelves add to make this a wonderful addition to any wall. There are two shelves above and side shelves for display. Offered in excellent condition having been professionally stripped and re polished. The original lock has been removed but door stays in place without this. Height 61cms. Width 71cms. The internal dimensions of the centre cupboard are 25.5cms high and 40cms in width. The top shelf has a height of 20cms.

Small Arts & Crafts pegged table in walnut showing it's lovely grain. Retailed by Liberty & Co. A similar one in oak can be seen in Darly Bennetts book on Liberty furniture. Offered in excellent condition having been cleaned and polished, however there is remains of a historic scratch to the top. Height 40cms. The top measures 32cms in diameter. The perfect size to sit beside your armchair.

Arts & Crafts oak wall cabinet with ebony and satinwood inlay to the door and front of shelves. There is a raised stylised flower to the centre of the door. A great cabinet for display with two useful shelves. Made by Harris Lebus this cabinet measures 88cms in height. The width at the top is 36cms and at the base 30cms. Offered in a good used condition with minor scuffs to the edge of the top. The original lock has been removed but the door stays closed without it. Depth at top 19.5cms. The top shelf has a height of 22cms and the middle shelf 21cms. The interior of the cupboard measures 27cms.

Lovely to find one of these in totally original condition which is excellent however there is some overall age related cloudiness to the glass which is more apparent in some lights than others. Stunning Arts & Crafts copper fire screen with a peacock displaying his wonderful feathers. There is a Ruskin cabochon each side of his legs. The copper panel is mounted on a steel frame with steel studs. There is a pierced handhold at the top. This screen was made by the Newton school near Cambridge. The beautiful large cabochons measure just over 5cms in diameter and are in perfect condition. Height 67cms at the top of the curled supports. Width 51cms. Depth at feet 17cms. Offered in a good condition with very minor discolouration on body of bird.. Minor rust to steel. This screen stands firm and would make an amazing addition to any fireplace.

Stunning pair of Arts & Crafts oak chair with a stylised flower with five pewter hearts as petals to the centre back attributed to G M Ellwood . The top rail has a pierced squashed heart to the centre between capped columns. The studded fabric seats although strong could do with replacing. Offered in good colour and condition. One has some scuffs to front. Lovely chairs which have been used and loved. Height 111cms. Width at front of seat 44cms. Depth 41cms. Seat height 46cms.

Arts & Crafts carved walnut smoker's cabinet which is a period replica of the Raleigh Smokers cabinet retailed by Liberty & Co. So was this version also retailed by them? Whereas the Raleigh had stencilled panels that often faded, this has beautifully carved doors. Below the cabinet are two circular holes that were made for bowls for mixing tobacco with smaller ones for pipes. The carved words are from "Night and Morning" a book by Edward Bulwer-Lytton 1841 and read "The man who smokes thinks like a sage and acts like a Samaritan" Whilst smoking is not so fashionable now, this is a beautiful example of fine carving and of a bygone era, Offered in good condition with some paint residue to base. There is no key at present. Height 62cms. Width 72cms at top and 53cms at the base. Depth 21.5cms.

A large Arts & Crafts two handled vase with a unusual design of what appears to be bulrushes with a centre flower to each side Stamped NEWLYN to the base. Lovely strong sweeping handles rising to just above the rim of the vase. Offered in good condition with just a small ding to one flower as shown in fifth image. Good heavy item. Height 27cms. Diameter at base 15.5cms. Width at handles 27cms.

Pretty Arts & Crafts two tiered oak table beautifully carved with oak leaves to the top and leaves with a flower to the lower shelf. Nice wavy detail to the legs. Offered in good and firm condition with what appears minor residue of lacquer to top. Height 61cms. The top measures 31cms square.

Lovely small Arts & Crafts dish with a centre cabochon that appears to be made by Ruskin. This is held in place by a pierced stylised floral frame with three studs to three of its sides. Attributed to the Faulkner Bronze company but has no marking. Heavy and beautiful workmanship. Offered in a good original condition with a slight uneven edge. This measures 18.5cms in diameter. Depth 1.75cms.

Arts & Crafts oak armchair with pierced yin-yang cutouts to front and sides. This design was retailed by Goodyer's of Regent Street. A loose cushion sits on the frame done in a William Morris design. Upholstery shows some wear. There are several variations of this model, some have a drop in seat and some have a cushion that sits on a wooden frame. Some have yin-yang piercings whilst others have spades and hearts. Offered in good condition however there is a historic split to one side as this was a design fault with these chairs and often happens but the chair remains firm. Height 85cms. Width at front of arms 58cms. Depth 59cms. Seat height 42cms.

Arts & Crafts copper charger with a sunken well to the centre and a raised wide border decorated with flowers and seed heads with the outer rim having raised studs in the manner of John Pearson. Unsigned but great quality and offered in good condition. Very small hole at rim punched for hanging. The diameter of this charger is 30.5cms or 12 inches.
