Pretty Aesthetic movement brass fingerplate with three daisies and leaves in the manner of Bruce Talbert and stamped with the registration number RG5616 Offered in a good used condition and measuring 27.5cms in height and 7cms wide.

Rare Arts & Crafts copper mirror decorated with a raised fish swimming down each side. To the base are three raised swirls and to the top is a stylised octopus. Although appearing to be Newlyn, this was in fact made by Francis Cargeeg (1893 -1981) of Hayle in Cornwall. Francis was also known as Tan Dyvarow which means undying fire. He produced some beautiful copper items and this have his signature Celtic influence raised swirls and this mirror has all the quality of a Newlyn mirror Height 56cms. Width 41cms. Depth 3cms. Offered in good original condition with original glass. This has a few specs. The backing has been replaced and the hook has been slightly bent backwards but hangs well. Some cleaning polish residue and minor water streaks to base.

Lovely Arts & Crafts gong with the stand in the shape of a mythical sea serpent or smiling fish on an oak base. This supports a silver plated brass round gong. It has its original wooden striker The fish is made of copper plated brass Stamped for the maker James Cartland and Sons of Birmingham. Founded in 1823 as Dyer and Cartland and in production until 1955. Height 37cms. The base measures 24cms x 18cms Offered in excellent condition

Large Arts & Crafts Liberty & Co oak bookcase with pierced hearts to gallery and base. Offered in original colour and condition with historic marks. Please note that the lower shelf has some old worm holes which have been treated. There is a strip of sap within the oak that was softer than the rest of the oak and as often happens hungry worms find it. These are long dead and would not show when books are in place. Priced very reasonably compared to similar ones and of course this would not show when books in place. Height 129cms.Width 92cms. Depth 23cms. Arts & Crafts oval copper mirror with four Ruskin cabochons retailed by Liberty & Co London with ivorine label to the reserve. Lovely to find one of these in totally original condition which is excellent however there is some overall age related cloudiness to the glass which is more apparent in some lights than others. There are also a few dark spots. No damage to any of the cabochons. The frame measures 64cms x 52cms and the glass plate 51cms x 39cms.

Stunning Arts & Crafts copper over mantle made by J & F Pool of Hayle in Cornwall. Adorned with stylised flowers and hearts sunk into a deeper frame. It has a useful shelf to the top to place items and a piece of wood to hold plates than might or might not be original. The original bevelled edged mirror plate has some clouding seen in some lights and the odd spot. There is a small line dent to the lower right corner as clearly shown. This would make an amazing focal point to any room. Height 74cms. Width 121cms. Depth at top 14cms. Depth at base 4cms.

Very rare Liberty & Co quarter sawn oak bed from their Athelstan range designed by Leonard Wyburd. Whilst other bedroom furniture can be found, a bed from this range is very rare. Tailboard height 150cms. Tailboard height 106cms. External length 198cms. Internal length 183cms. Width 107cms (42 inches) Offered in good original condition with irons. There is a recently made base but I note a few old wormholes. There a a few chips to the legs at the base.

Lovely Arts & Crafts Glasgow school white metal tray most probably made by Margaret Gilmour but unmarked as much of her work was not. It has a beautiful border of entwined Celtic knots with a sweeping curled handle at each end. It has bun feet to the base. Offered in excellent condition. Length 58cms. Stunning Arts & Crafts brass fire screen and complimenting fender both with beautiful cabochons. The fender has three large ones inset to the front with one at each side. The external measurements are 137cms wide and 32cms deep with a height of 6cms. The internal width is 121cms and depth 25cms. The fire screen has three stylised flower heads each with a cabochon above leaves. This is 92cms high, 61cms high and 28cms deep at the feet. Both offered in good original condition with no damage to the ceramic cabochons. Please note that these have not been cleaned as once cleaned need to be continually cleaned which can become a chore. A wonderful additional to any fireplace
