An unusual Arts & Crafts tall framed gong with eight brass tubes making an octave chime. This has lovely floral carving to the front.
An usual and fun gong to bring your family to the dining table.
Need to mention that it is a mystery as to why there are nine hooks supporting the chimes when another would not fit only eight are required to make the octave. The hooks could be moved slightly and would fit better if only 8 hooks.
Offered in good condition with original striker. However a piece of the oak is missing from the top at the back. One chime has some
verdigris. The colour of the oak is lighter than first image
